Like every year, a season we particularly love is back, and we want to share it with you.

From 22 December to 6 January, the doors of our Country House, Restaurant and the St’Orto Bistro will be open every day, with special offers, themed menus and special promotions dedicated to your stay.

If you are a group, family or work team, you can book and organise lunches or dinners throughout December, even outside normal opening hours.

If you are a large group, we will be happy to open the restaurant especially for you and work with you to create a tailor-made experience, with attention to every detail.

Christmas Lunch

The warmest day of the year deserves a special experience. We will welcome you with a glass of wine, then accompany you on a journey of flavours that begins with a rich selection of appetisers and continues with dishes designed and created by our chef Erika Gotta: a first and second course that capture the taste of the festive season. Finally, the most eagerly awaited moment: the unmistakable Christmas dessert buffet, a delicious tribute to tradition.

New Year's Eve in Valle Cervo

New Year’s Eve has always been a fine line between past and present, visible and invisible: this year, we invite you to join us for a special dinner, a ritual that intertwines memory and conviviality. Spice up your celebrations with a themed menu inspired by the legends of the Cervo Valley, the warmth of a bonfire lit under the stars, music and entertainment to accompany your New Year’s toast.

And why not prolong the magic? After the festivities, let yourself be lulled by the silence and start 2026 with a restful night in one of our rooms.

For those who want an even more intimate moment, on the days when the restaurant is open, it will be possible to reserve a private room: a carefully decorated space, created for you and your loved ones, where you can experience the magic of exchanging gifts and conviviality… just like at home, but with an extra touch of charm.
