The Restaurant

The Cuisine

Open also to external guests, La Bursch’s Restaurant offers local flavors by means of a Piedmontese cuisine grounded in tradition, with a creative twist. The direction is entrusted to Erika Gotta, an under-30 chef of Piedmontese descent, who, assisted by the kitchen and dining brigade, expertly guides the restaurant with elegance and harmony. Presented both à la carte and as a tasting journey, the menu follows seasonality and is therefore constantly evolving, with new offerings based on the availability of the products.

La Bursch’s Restaurant wants its guests to feel at home. There isn’t just one single main room, but several tables placed in various areas of the house. You can reserve the table in the old historic kitchen, or one of the communal tables located in the living rooms or in the Art Room.

Chef Erika Gotta

The creative touch of the young and talented Chef Erika Gotta, born in 1993, shines new light on ancient Piedmontese recipes. For her dishes, Erika draws inspiration from the green mountains surrounding La Bursch, where forests and nature dominate the centuries-old and almost pristine territory. Respect and love for the land are reflected in the selection of local raw materials – for the benefit of a short supply chain with a farm-to-fork approach – and in the use of herbs and natural elements harvested from the forest.
